My dad and I had to pull out last minute, but decided to go watch the weigh-in… see how the competition would have stacked up… WOW! The weigh-in was not completed before we left (had the ladies with us), but at least 2/3 were in and there were 5 bags at 8 fish 20+ pounds, biggest we saw had 25+, 8 fish limit with a 4.5 lber for big fish…

    Way to go guys!

Curious for those who fished it, I know it was open to 7,8,9… what pools were fished primarily and what patterns were producing Saturday? Sounds like it was a fun day to be out there… or at least it LOOKED like it!

I found it interesting that the Region 5 B.A.S.S. guys had LOTS of zeros posted and not much weight (Clinton Street Landing) Saturday… Difference here is what? Non-locals? It should be noted that a 5+ lb largemouth was posted with the BASS guys, but not much else.

Hope everyone had a fishy weekend!

I haven’t see the name list but I suspect that with a lull in Team Supreme and BWS action many of these anglers showed up to stay on top of there game. Form the weights it seems they are still doing what they do. I do know a couple of my friends fished it but I am not sure how they did.
I had a club tourney on pool 10. The fishing wad tough. The water had been drawn down a couple feet in as many weeks putting the fish in a real funk. I am confident I would have had a limit but unfortunately I broke down around 8 or 9 bells. A gentalman in a john boat was kind enough to give me a ride to my truck.. Thanks of you are out there!!!

What happened to your boat Jeremy? Hopefully nothing serious…
