Place to camp in the Lax area.

    Going up to do a little scouting this weekend. Is there a place on the lower part of pool 8 to camp? I don’t need much , mostly just a place to plug the boat batteries in.

    I’ll second Slop’s rec for Goose Island campground. It’s close to town, has good access to the water, and has a little store for snacks and other items a camper may need.
