Not Just Males!!

Got out this weekend even with the wind. Fishing was awesome. We weighed in 19+ pounds in a small tourney that I was in. The fish were on beds and fell to rubber worms Sunday, I also caught my personal best bass 5.5 and 21 inches it fell to the same bait. I will post it’s picture once I get it. Here are 2 4.5’s that won us the tourney.

Here is the 5lb. 8 oz. My personal best so far. I caught this on a small lake north of Sparta

you are really on some nice females, i never knew there were any lakes outside of sparta, all i know is the one actually in sparta, but i don’t want to say the name just in case i am giving out your spot.

I was not on Perch lake. There are some nice fish in Perch, but not that nice I don’t think. The first two were from Pool 7 the second pic was from a cranberry bog north of town

Cranberry bogs??!?!?! That second fish is a baby if it came from the cranberry bogs.

I heard they grow real big in there. I’m shooting for a 7#er. My friend said they are out there. Last year some lucky dude won a contest for a TV station with a 10.4
I can’t imagine a fish that big around here.

that lake in sparta does indeed have some big fish. I saw a smallie sitting on rock above that dam that was probably 20-21″ long one time. Wouldn’t bite anything though
