Spring Frenzy Mishap

I would like to ask if any of you honest anglers that attended the Spring Frenzy could help. It appears there is a dishonest, non-driving, couldn’t pull a trailer through an empty parking lot who hit my Ranger trailer today at the Clinton St landing. There is blue paint on my trailer and it smashed the crap out of the fiberglass fender. I may be willing to offer a reward for the information that leads to the bozo who can not drive. It is hard to believe that with the amount of damage the person wouldn’t have known.

todd that sucks really bad, i hope that he/she gets caught, they could have at least left a card instead of a hit and run.
