This is what our revamped website may look like. Please let me know what you think. I am in process of redoing our whole site and any input would be very helpful.

Other than the pics being too dark, I really like the size options being right there. Not having to scroll around the page to find what you’re looking for is the way to go!

I agree with zombywuff. The pics need to be revised/reshot. Try snapping some pics with a lighter or white background. If anything try to get the thumbnails a little larger.

Any chance you could do something to break up that solid blue background? Maybe a gradient or something along the lines of a water pattern.

Looks good. I agree that it does need better photos of your jigs…the backgrounds are a little dark. That would eliminate any guess work when it comes to making an order and getting what you think you see. I would suggest a solid white or something to really make the jig pop. Use good back lighting and try to eliminate any shawdows. I am not a photographer by any means, but that’s what I like to see. Again, looks good..

Looks good Casey and Dan. The pictures need to be brighter though.

    I like it!
Hopefully I can get some money, get my boat motor and save for a fish finder, so I can finally put some money into swim jigs! I like the user friendly buttons that you can select, but as long as the jigs are the same old brovarney’s I’m fine!!

    How are the grades coming?

Don’t worry about the jigs. We will never comprimise quality. Period. Any changes that we contemplate is first held up to the question “will it make it better?” If not we won’t do it.

Dan, have you tried hanging the jigs from a thin string? That would get the vise out of the picture.

Maybe try using different colors as backgrounds. The initial impression of the thumbnails is what’s going to help sell your jigs. From a new customer standpoint, if the consumer has to click on every jig because the thumbnail is so dark, they may lose interest.

If white is too bright and the grey is too dark, try a blue or yellow. Just something to spice it up.

I might suggest using your camera flash in the “fill” mode to eliminate shadows. Im no photo expert, but it looks pretty dark with light and dark backgrounds. Not sure if you used the flash for these or not.
