I finally put the boat in the river on Pool 7 this afternoon to take it for a test run. She ran like a champ as I hit full throttle heading downstream. Man did that ever feel good I didn’t do any fishing today, but will tomorrow for sure There is still some debris floating down the river so you have to watch. I didn’t see anything big, just little twigs and dead weeds. The flow is up and the clarity is pretty low. All we need now is more warm weather

Great to hear wats what was the water temp looking like up there? I am thinking with yesterdays 64 degree rain and todays 61 degree sun would have really dramatically helped the water temp. As long as its at 42 degrees, I am confident I can catch fish. That is what it was last april 2 when I caught my first open water bass of the season

Mother Nature is still having terminal PMS here.
80 degrees yesterday…40 last night and 56 today.

Hope someday she makes up her mind.
