With spring upon us, curiosity and open discussions can be fun…and the year is really giong to be starting in just a couple of weeks… So, in the spririt of a new fishing season and a rash of new posts…

    1. What topics do most guys like to discuss?
    2. What topics do most guys WISH people would discuss?
    3. What topics are most controversial?
    4. What topics annoy most guys?
    5. What topics can we post that will pull James into the discussion?

For me, I like the weekly reports, pictures, and open discussion on techniques and bass specific tackle/gear.

I like all discussions in the Hunting forums, slim pickings this time of year… Otherwise, I like the Mille Lacs Walleye Perch forum, its always happening in there…

I like to tinker with lures. Ask Jeremy. Every year I come up with something. A few are still in my tackle box and I use them every year. The rest are saved for a good laugh when the fishing stinks.

Probably any topic that talks about how closely his Walleye fishing resembles Bass fishing.

    1. What topics do most guys like to discuss? I like hearing people’s reviews of equipment. We all spend a lot of money chasing these little brown and green fish, so it is nice to know which products we should stay away from, although these discussions always become heated after a while. (See ZX202guy and his swim jig theories)

    2. What topics do most guys WISH people would discuss? seasonal positioning of fish

    3. What topics are most controversial? boat brand or share your favorite racial joke

    4. What topics annoy most guys? “what is your favorite bait to flip to brush when you have stained water and the temp is 72 degrees while the wind is blowing 7mph out of the southwest on a Tuesday morning to a 14 year old red maple that is submerged in 1 ft of water with branches hanging into 7 ft of waer with slight current 2 days before your cousins birthday”

    5. What topics can we post that will pull James into the discussion? favorite nudy bar?

    1) Anything to do with Slop’s Theories
    2) Who has the tracking device we put in Ritter’s Boat last year?
    3) Team Supreme and hearsay right now! Befor it was some annoying swim jig company, owned by some really annoying guy I know, oh wait that’s me.
    4) Anything Blue Posts!
    5) Anything that has to do with us wishing we knew how to catch those stupid small toothed critters!

Throughout the seasons, I usually find my fish postioned facing into the current.

You’ve got the wrong Ritter Chappy. The Ritter he was talking about fishes Bass and lives a couple hours south of you.
