Madison Sports show

    Just wanted to say it was nice to spend time with some of the guys from the site down at the Madison snow, I mean sports show this weekend. Had a great time and got my custom jigs from Brovarney Baits. It is like Christmas all over again. Now all I need is some open water.

    I’ll second that! And what a ride home it was in the storm late Saturday night . If you missed the show, there were a good number of pro’s at the show that weren’t listed on the seminar schedule and there was something for everyone.

    I was there Friday evening and enjoyed the show as well. It was a LONG interesting ride home for me Friday night. It was great seeing Dan and Casey again. Class act gentlemen, that’s for sure!! I was able to meet Darin, DNort and chat with Slop and BC. Always a pleasure fellas. Darin, I found out that Chuck Munyon(sp?) from Cuba City is some how related to you through marriage or something. Chuck is a great guy. He is in my bass club and we talk and hang out quite a bit. Once in awhile we even get into a few beers. I talked to him on Saturday and told him that I met you Friday night. Small world!! It was great to meet you all and see the others again.

    Chuck is a good man. Now if we can get him to quit lurking that would be even better. Chuck, wehen you read this, sorry I dropped out on you. I was expecting to catch you before you bugged out. I will give you a shout later.

    There was a plus side to the snow alert.

    I am sure that if the weather had been better that I would not have had the chance to sit and talk with Larry Nixon. He spent a good 10 min. with myself and the kids.

    Quite the Gentalmen and he even gave me some ideas for some new stuff to work on.
