Breaking News at the Madison Sports Show

    As those of you that have followed Brovarney Baits the past few years may have noticed we on occasion do special jigs that commemerate people, events or people. BC Gil (BC) Slops Frog (Slop) KC’s Magic (CASEY) Dad’s Craw (me) or one of my favorites Red Hot Momma (my charming Bride)all are for someone.

    As you my have noticed I have been greatly troubled by the passing of Blue Fleck. To help myself live through this and get past the loss I designed a new jig that is called Blue Fleck. It won’t fill the hole that his passing has left, but hopefully it will catch enough fish that I will not care.

    For those of you not lucky enough to get to Madison for the maiden voyage of Blue Fleck I’m sorry….You will have to wait till next week when it gets posted.

    Dan, are these new jigs going to be a limited edition, or can we purchase them from you at the show? I would love to own my own “Blue Fleck” commemorative jigs I would even promise not to feed it to a snot rocket

    Me too It will be a reminder to the days when Blue actually went out fishing instead of sitting behind a desk all the time

    I’m in for a couple for sure. Of course if this is a true “blue fleck” jig fish hooked on it will refuse to go in the net on the first 2 attempts.

    I will have to add several of these in my boat…Everytime I have Blue in my boat he always out fishes me….

    Even with the snow and bad weather we sold out of the New Blue Fleck color.

    We will get some more in and post the color on the website.

    And before Thomas says something…… we did not give them directions to a gay bar when they asked for suggestions for dinner. We pride ourselves in being above doing things like that.

    Do any of you guys have a picture of the Blue Fleck??? Some of us less fortunates have no idea…..or is that on purpose?

    Also..what about those new footballers? I love football jigs

    Master Brovarney Sir,

    In all the excitement this past weekend, I didn’t remember to pick up my Blue Fleck Swim Jigs….With all the stuff flung over the top into out booth I thought there might be one or two in there…probably a good thing as they would leave a nasty mark , unlike the plastics

    Save a half dozen of them asside for me so I can have Blue Fleck himself show me how this is done !!!
