Today at the Miami International Boat Show, J.D. Power and Associates awarded Bass Cat Boats its Highest in Customer Satisfaction Fiberglass Bass Boats 2007 award. It marked the third consecutive year Bass Cat has received the honor – the only years the company was included in the study.
Bass Cat founder Ron Pierce, after he accepted the award, thanked the individual associates in Mountain Home, Ark. (site of the Bass Cat factory), and said the award is a tribute to them. He also thanked the Bass Cat vendors, who have “remained concerned about the quality of their products.”
Current Bass Cat head cheese Rick Pierce thanked the “Bass Cat Family members” who’ve given tremendous support to each individual who owns a Bass Cat boat, and emphasized his appreciation of the Bass Cat dealers. “It’s not those happy ones that make you better – they make it easier,” he said. “It’s those who are upset that make you dig in and do better. It’s an honor to even be considered here among industry giants as a small Arkansas bass boat builder.”
