Pool 10

    I have a club event that is going to be out of this pool on the 18th of May and was wondering if anyone has any ideas as far as where to start looking. I have fished this pool once and just ran up this Wis River. Other than that, I have not fished it. I also have pool 9 in the Tourney waters. I have thought of runnig up to there, but only because I have not fished 10 much. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    THERE IS A GRANT COUNTY BASS CLUB TOURNY THAT DAY AS WELL! IS THAT THE TOURNY YOUR FISHING!

    Can you lock through to other pools? There are some really good spots for numbers in the Cassville Slough, but I haven’t ever caught a hog outta there.

    I do not know the name of the club I am fishing with, I am fishing it with a friend from down that way. I am able to lock through if I want. If I find the name of the club, I will post it so others may know.

    Pool 10 should be a good bet. The Ambro Slough area should be good. Bussey could kick out some nice fish. I haven’t been up yet this spring so I am not really in touch.

    Would any of you go up to pool 9 right now? I have done well at this time of the year at Blackhawk and a few areas around it. I am just trying to set up a prefish plan for now.

    Someoe asked earlierif the open was being held by the Grant County club. I just found out it is. I was also wondering if anyone else here is fishing it?

    I will be there as well. It sounds like there will several boats in it, but not very many were signed up when I called last week. The guy told me that there was only 10-12 boats signed up, and they would like entries in by the 10th. See you all there, and -em!
