Any marina should have some fish early in the season. And any point you can find with some deep rock are excellent areas. Start early in the day with a tube or grub off of the stucture a bit, and as the heat of the afternoon sun starts warming things up move up to the rocks with a jerk bait. Also don’t forget to drag a carolina rig in 10 to 15 ft. of water. Then work the rocks on the bank with 1/16 oz slider hook and a ring worm. This should get you plenty of action on Pepin.
