did you have to weed through a TON of little ones or were they all nice like that? When i was there, i couldn’t get rid of the 10 inchers. I threw a 10 inch worm on a c rig there thinking i would get rid of the dinks but i still caught 8, 9, 10 and 12 inch bass like crazy. Once it gets colder that spots going to be awesome Heres a picture of one of the keepers my dad and I caught last Sunday…this is the smallest one- we didn’t bother to stop and take pics when we were in a middle of a frenzy

They were all that size. The week before all i could get was the little guys. I’m gonna hit that spot sunday and see if maybe the real big pigs have moved in

sweet! Its on My friend carson caught 1 keeper there on saturday but we caught a lot of small ones too we were throwing deep cranks. I heard from someone else that it got better in the afternoon though. Fishing sucked for me on Saturday. I probably caught 30 fish with 3 keepers. And we did not hang out in the pits all day. Actually most time was spent north or south of there. I caught 2 nice keepers within the first hour and the third didn’t come until like 5 hours later…:( my dad caught a nice 3 lber with me early in the morning also. My fish fell to: 1- a floating storm stickbait, 2.6 lbs 2-buzzbait, 2.1 lbs 3-deep crank, 2.2 lbs. My dads was caught on a buzzbait in pads. There are shad all over and some fish too but they were not in a very active mood on saturday. I’d say it might have gotten better if i would have waited it out until sunset also but i didn’t have that much patience. We were out at sunrise…30 mph winds made a main channel bite pretty much non existent but my buddy still caught a keeper smallie on a wing dam. Good luck….
