Love Pool 8, my best fish this year

    Was up this past weekend on Pool 8 for a club tournament, didn’t know you guys grew them this big up there! She weighed 6.8 on my Berkley digital. Only had my bump board with me but I’m guessing around 22 1/2″ (maybe a little longer). Caught it Saturday in that wind on a 1/8 oz black/orange swim jig. Would have loved to have gotten her Sunday, but I’ll take one like that any time! You guys got it good.

    Great fish!

    There are many, many locals around the La Crosse area who will never boat a fish like that. Most of those guys are diehard Bass fishermen.

    Great job, you hit the lottery!

    wow, thats an absolute hog. Unbelievable.Blue fleck is right, many of us fish pool 8 multiple times a week and never come up with a hog of that size. Congrats. Now i wonder where you were….
