Just got back from an afternoon guide trip to Tonka. I went up early to do some scouting and a cecked a weedline a friend suggest for some “keepers” This fish came on the inside weedline on a TX worm. Went back in the afternoon and my client caught a 191/2 incher in the same spot.
BC….gas prices are up but the offer still stands

John – Champman needs some comeptition… he needs to stay sharp if he is going to represent us all at Nationals again… Show BC all the great spots!

Hmmm… it brings up another thought… Perhaps ALL of us at IDA can pre-fish Tonka and advise BC (and the other RiverRoads IDA “lurkers”) of where to find the best fish!

JJ – now that might give you a challenge, eh? I hear Team “White Shirt” will be gunning for you…

    John – sweet fish!

You river guys need to stay off our lakes!! You will get spoiled on Tonka, that has to be one of the best lakes for numbers of big fish ( over 4lbs) in the midwest. Living half an hour away from it I get to fish it once in a while If anyone would like to come up and spend a day on the water up here I would gladly share my boat

    Outkast,

I might take you up on a trade a trip or something. John boy has been whipping up on the rest of us in the club with pigs like this, so maybe you can help me try and knock him off. ;o)
