Went out yesterday in a buddies flatbottom (The old Champion took another dump on me go figure!) and caught same smallies. My buddy caught em’ on 2 inch wooly beavertails and I caught em’ slow rolling a shad colored spinnerbaits. We only caught 5 total but with out a trolling motor it was pretty good. Biggest was about 2.5 pounds. Caught fish on rocks with brush on it. Good time!!
Can you fix it yourself or will you take it to someone?
I always took mine to Bob Frahneit (sp) lives up by the sand pits on that road that the Barn is on. (PDC) ofcourse.
He is one H… of a boat mechanic and he is very affordable.
i tried my luck saturday, fishing was slow. it was tough trying to stand up in the boat being dizzy, but i attempted it..shoulda slept instead, fever spiked at 103 but im getting better. where were you guys fishing, the Wiscons??
