Byron Velvick finds fish!!!

    I know we had some post poking some fun with old Byron. I am one that does not like him. He just rubs me the wrong way . It might have to do with the fact that he is were he is and I am fishing club tournaments.

    But today he found some fish he ended day one with 15-02. He is about 7 pounds out of first. Could he make the cut, or will we see him on Bass Center again this week. Talking about how he is going to go out and WACK EM next tournament

    Lets all give old Byron a big .

    Man I have to learn to act the fool and not be afraid to crash and burn infront of people.

    I bet he felt a lot of pressure to at least get a limit this time around.

    i give any body who makes a career out of it major props. a lot of people bashed him the other day, but i would love to have the opp to be in his shoes

    I will admit that I have thrown my comments about him out many times and I agree with the above I can’t stand him on Bass Center but any man that has won the US Open TWICE gets major respect from me! Rick Clunn has said many times that the US Open is the toughest tournament in the country to win.

    I wish he would stick to fishing and stay off of Bass Center but as far as his fishing, from my point of view, he has earned the right to have bad days.

    But it is still a lot of fun to throw jabs at him!

    I agree, this man is the idol of all of us like it or hate it. He fishes for a good living, and got his pick of 20 hotties with “test drives” included. Oh yeah, and he has nice hair.
