Only because us “Walleye Guys” have never stopped fishing the open water and are die hards Slop . I have even been on a Smallie trip. This is because us “Walleye Guys” are tough and not a bunch of wimps that don’t fish if it gets below 50 . I believe that you guys that get all jacked up about seeing a boat out of the garage for the first time of the year, when it finally gets above 50 are spoken as “Fair Weather Fisherman”. So please forgive me all you Bassin’ folks, if I do not get all excited just because I see a boat out of the garage for the first time, when I’m looking at 54 degrees and Sunshine

Warning to all you “Real Fisherman” that have been out on the water through the Winter. There will be more holes on the water for the remainder of the year or until it gets below 50 again.

    Off my pedestal (for now)!

    Just messing with ya Sloppy

You guys are the reason I keep it.

Man can I get you guys all riled up over Bass Talkin’. Although I pretty much believe everything is true in my post above. Except, for messing with Sloppy and I actually did not get up on a podium when I typed that.

Man for a walleye guy you spend a lot of time in the bass forums.
I keep my avatar so you can see what a real eye looks like.

everybody talks about how tough walleyes and bass are to catch and which is more of a challeng…if you want a challenge, take up trout fishing. nothing more frustrating than seeing hundreds of trout and catching only a few of them.
    NICE BOAT NORT.
Glad you got the boat out slop. Looks like will get 60 tomorrow.

Pay attention to the detailing on my boat, it’s called a scum line from year round fishing

So you bought the banana boat from Alabama. If you need a prop for that thing I still got mine. It pushed my 210 to 82.7. Let me know if your interested. I sent my Blazer packing. It got lonely waiting for everyone else to show up at the lock after takeoff, so I got a Stratos instead. You might want to get a second job to pay for the gas that 250 is going to guzzle this summer.

Man, Sloppy avoiding the taking his boat on the water at Mach 2… the world must be ending?!

I saw a guy at the landing just over the Cass Stree bridge (a red Ranger R85, I believe) who was cleaning up and running his boat… he’s got a buyer on the line… Watching him run it full out up and down the channel there (while I had my dog swimming) sure made me want to be out there!!!!!

Good thing half my reel order came in…With all this snow coming down it will give me something to tinker around with. Hopefully when the burners show up the weather will cooperate and we can get back out.
