I heard a horrible account of a friend’s wife I needed to pass along to insure no one else made the same mistake… 
After their last child was born, she told him that expenses must be cut back, so the beer money was no longer budgeted (he survived due to his fishing budget). So I heard, it wasn’t THAT big a deal, as he wasn’t a big drinker anyway, maybe a 12 pack on weekends (and a 12 pack after the Wednesday nighter). Anyway, he gave it up but noticed the other day that the wife came home from grocery shopping and he discovered a the receipt showed $45 in makeup.
He declared, “Wait a minute I’ve given up beer and you haven’t given up anything!” She said, “I buy that makeup for you, so I can look pretty for you.”
Well, he told her, “Hell, that’s what the beer was for!”
He doesn’t believe he will hold onto his fishing budget any longer… of course, that is if she comes back home!
