To paraphraze; find out where tournaments release their fish and go catch them because the fish are normally bigger. Title of little “GEM” “Catch more Tourament size bass. The Tournaments keep-em alive so the non-tournament public can cut their head off!!! Chinese proverb: fish with no head is fish in soup pot!!!

Not saying that I agree it is publicized, but no secret around here. In a club tournament last year we voted as to whether to make the release area from a bigger tourament off limits. To be honest cannot remember how the vote came out.
Robby, I appreciate the input. Tournament have been the scape-goat for a number of different offenses. The main argument that is leveled revolves around mortality!! This small “feature” that appeared, in this prestigious mag. is great fodder for the next time an official DOES NOT consider outside influences that have always been prevalent!! Although many times it is not considered relevant!!
