We have had some nice weather and open water so me and Haywood04 thought we would give bass fishing a try. Knowing the water is a bit on the chilly side we figured that we had to go slow. We started by dragging BFT ringworms in pink orange sherbet and pink bubblegum pepper on precision 1/4 oz. heads. It took awhile before we hooked up but it was well worth it. Deep sand flats were the ticket on that day. Wew managed to catch a few fish with the pictures being the highlights of the afternoon.

All in all not a bad day on the water, so remember it’s never too cold to be chasing them bronzebacks.

Those trees in the back ground look unusually green for January .

Are you calling Dodgeboy and me BS’ers?
Dat Dare is Fightin words boy!
Ya I do change my cloths alot on the boat dosen’t everyone?
I also think those are some of the hardiest trees in the background and they do not like to drop there leaves till Feb.

Well with a day like last Wednesday the FEVER hits hard and the idea of chasen them big ol bronzebacks sure was appealing. Just a bit of mid January fun to lighten the mood and to say that at this pace we will be finding some of those old boys pretty soon!
