Birthday help for Casey

    Well my son Casey hits 31 today.

    Not a big deal you say……

    Well in the Brovarney gene pool (which I am sure many of you think is shallow) it marks a BIG transition in a mans life.

    For the last four generations 31 has been when the magical shift in metabolism happens that causes the males to have to buy new clothes.

    Put simply we go from eating six burgers and loosing 2 pounds to looking at a salad and gaining 6 pounds.

    He is going to need your help and support with this.

    Any ideas that you have for him regarding the BIG future that is ahead of him will be helpful.

    Help him live life large and come to terms with the HUGE potential that he has.

    The last thing that we need is to have him turn into a grumpy old man worried more about the SIZE of his butt than fishing.

    Take some time to day and shout out some support to the BIG GUY.

    Happy Birthday Casey and good luck with the inevitable “expansion” that goes with getting wiser (older!). Try to keep expanding your mind and leave the buffets alone!

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY CASEY!

    My advice is to stay outta the gin mills, and drink water! Skip the Lemon Crunch Bars at Starbucks, and tell them to hold the whipped creme! Switch from Krispy Creme to granola bars! And last but not least…… ditch the boat and become a shore fisherman, the walking will do you wonders!
