Smallmouth on 8

    Smallmouth bite is on fire right now. For the last week i have been enjoying some hard fighting browns. They are on flats with rip rap, right off the main channel. I always thought that smallmouth ran in schools together. If you caught a 2 pound the rest would be right in the same weight class,but i have been catching 1 pounders up to 4 1/2 on the same flat. I guess everyday i learn that i dont know what i thought i knew Oh well, anyone wanna have some fun now go after the smallies. I know im going after them again just as soon as i repair the damage done to my boat last sat. I just love them tuna boats

    Tuna Boats??? We dont have any tuna down here, I guess thats why we have no tuna boats . Got plenty of other airheads tho.

    THATS RIGHT, GOTTA LOVE THASE TUNA BOATS, I JUST LAUGH WHEN I THINK WHO HAS TO PAY FOR THAT GAS WHEN THEY ARE CRUSING HALF THROTTLE, ANYWAY LOOKING FORWARD TO LABOR DAY JUST SO WE CAN GET THE RIVER BACK.
