    Hey all,
I will be fishing on Pool 14 in about two weeks. Anyone have any idea how the bass fishing has been? I am also looking for a map of that pool, anyone know where to find one? And one more thing. Which city on the Miss. River Stage and Flow page is for pool 14?

    Thanks

Have not been out on 14 lately, but it runs from clinton to leclaire. Beaver slough is on this pool, and usually there is a stage and flow for that, I think cordova is also usually listed and is on this pool. Other cities- comanche, princeton, leclaire. good luck.

Also, I have yet to find a great map, they make the Recreational boating guide from the DNR, but have not seen a Hot spots map or anything. Let me know if you find a good map.

81, check my fishing reports for the pool !! That’s why I put them in The Corp has a set of Nav. Charts that have been rcently updated with all the new wdams. Go to
http://www.mvr.usace.army.mil, also you can get flow data at :

Watch for my reports–by the way I was out on the south portion of pool 14 today and had some real nice bass action

Kensyl, are you finding your bass up there in the sloughs or along main channel areas? Down here (pool 17 and 18) the only areas with any decent water clarity are deadend sloughs. The decent fish I’ve been picking up have all been on quick dropoffs with wood – weeds have been drowned out down here this year.
