Anybody fishing pool 4 on sat.?

    I’m a non-boater in the River Rats out of Winona. We have a club tourney on pool 4 next week and I’d love to get a little time on the water in before then. Anybody going out on Saturday who would like somebody else to weigh the boat down? I’d be glad to cover gas, of course.

    I’m not looking for spots – I’d just like to try some things and figure out what they’re hitting on.

    Wisconsin BASS zone tournament is going on this weekend on pool 4 pre fish day is Friday and it is a 2 day tournament Sat and Sun. Where are you guys launching ? We will be in Alma and there was no parking left last weekend at the marina.

    Don’t know where the guys that are pre-fishing on Saturday will launch – but there will only be 3 boats max from our club out there. For our tourney on the 11th we’ll launch out of Buffalo City.

    A little known pattern on Pool 5, is jointed crankbaits, thrown on wingdams. The deep running the better. good Luck
