    This high quality pic is sent out to us by Jason Howland, Sports Director at KAAL-TV in Austin, MN and a diehard bass angler that cut his teeth catching bass on pool 9 & 10. In his own words… “Here’s a 3-plus pound largemouth I caught on Lake Pepin while fishing the Everstart tournament last month.”

    Excellent photo Jason. Thanks for sharing it with us. On a side note, Jason won our FTR Tournament – Bass Division, this past Saturday with a fish just over 3 Lbs as well. Well done!

    Thanks! It actually officially weighed 3 pounds, 8 ounces. I also caught one other largemouth that day over 3 pounds and a smallie right at 3 pounds. Finished 15th as a co-angler. It was my first time on Pepin and now I’m hooked on that pool!
