Looks like those fish will be beat up pretty well. I believe there is a Team Supreme tourney the following weekend.

I read the bfl news release on the winning strings. any ideas what section of the river? sounds like they were largemouths but not much info on location, etc. Im not looking for exact spots, just curios more than anything.

I just looked at the results for the BFL. I don’t know for sure but I do know a few of the top 25 angles very well. I can say without a doubt that 5 limits came from Lansing however I am pretty sure Mike stayed on pool 10. He won last year and is tough to beat in high water.

I was coangler with Troy Anderson who placed 7th. Four of his five fish were smallies. We locked through to Lansing. Felderman locked through when we did and Boussard that took 2nd was the boater with my brother-in-law and they locked through as well. From talking to people practically every pattern possible caught fish for someone from spinner baits, flukes, flipping to trees and fishing the slop. With the river going up this fast everything is changing. I went out this AM and it was slow (two bass, one keeper). Two people that I talked to said that the river at Lansing and LaCrosse is super muddy and fishing is even worse there.
