Well, today is the day that Ranger unveils their new “Z” series Comanche. I’m not really sure what to think about the snowmobile-looking consoles . I can only guess that anything Ranger puts their name on is not going to look bad. I was planning on buying a new Blazer this winter, but might wait to see if everyone (bass boat manufactures) jumps on the “Z-Style” bandwagon now. My 2005 could look “old school” in 2 years if there is a drastic change. We’ll know shortly.

At first glance, I thought it was some sort of a joke. The pic looks like the front of a jet ski. I was thinking, great another target.

Well I’ll be dipped… Let me look again once, hey.

“One moment please, OTW has left the stadium.”

Ok, I’m back. This is what http://www.rangerboats.com reads: “…Outdoor Life Network Sunday, August 15, beginning at 1 p.m. EDT.” This is what OTW read: “Today on http://www.rangerboats.com, …beginning at 1 p.m. EDT.”

    My mistake.

Like my wife says, “what I say, and what you hear are two totally different things.” Now what I read and what is written are two totally different things. Yep, my old-timers must have been kickin’ in…

    Thanks,

No need to worry Bullz EYE. I love my Blazer! And next spring will be in a new one. I was just saying that Ranger sometimes tends to set the “bar” for bass boats. Ranger is such a big name that some novice and entry level bass boat owners think that ALL bass boats are called a “Ranger”. My concern was that Ranger was going to make this tricked-out boat that everyone wanted to have. And if there was a high demand for that certain style, other manufactures might want to change their styles. But now that I see it…Ah, I’m not too concerned.
