    Mississippi river on pool 14 is rising 3ft a day……..what do ya do when it’s on the rise that fast!?!?

    find you a levee that holds bass out of the current this water will be moving but not as fast and with the stable bank that they can only go up and down on they should be a few around there and proabally the easiest to catch
