Last night was a bit stormy and rainy, eh? Well, we managed our club tourney anyway, starting about 25 minutes late while we let the lightening calm down a bit… Some nice fish weighed in last night… I will attach some pictures.

We were on Pool 8, launched at Clinton Street. Bite was tough, water was dirty, and weather was “strange.” Tubes, spinners, and swimming jigs seemed to be the weapons of choice. With the BFL Saturday (165 Boats) and Team Supreme Sunday (70+ boats), Pools 7,8,9 will be having some SERIOUS pressure with a lot of cross-eyed fish this weekend. Impressive numbers… Good luck to all anglers!!!!

Nice fish Ryan. I guess you showed Sloppy who was boss last night.

    Blue…

Very funny . If my boat actually starts and makes it past the landing, I might have had a chance. Nice fish, but the sun shines….. if you know what i mean

ReelGuy–I thought only walleye guys held there fish out that far for the camera

Musky guys stiff-arm fish ALL the time. Always trying to make a big fish bigger.

Thanks, Blue… yeah, it felt nice to bag a couple 3+ fish. Really gets your blood flowing. I personally think the picture doesn’t do the fish justice… at 18″ and 18.5″ and 3.3′ and 3.4′ repectively, they were pretty. Should have pushed them closer to the camera…

It was unfortunate to see Sloppy “stranded” by his trolley motor…

I think he’s bitter… I suppose if Sloppy was worth his salt, mechanical troubles wouldn’t have mattered…

As for Slop Bass’s big fish stories… he must be waiting for the SLOP…
