Who Spawns first?

    Do carp or bass spawn first? I was out last week and the carp were obviously spawning. I went out today and the carp were done and I sure caught alot of small male bass. No females with beat up tails. It seems like it has been awfully cold for the bass to be done.

    there’s many stages of the spawn, i think you’re just seeing the beginning of the cycle-good full moon just past and the temps are close.

    carp are not done that i have seen…today was the first time I have caught buck bass..I caught about 15 in a 50yd strecth….so what is that telling me…female pigs ready to do there thing???
