    I was involved with this show with Denny Brauer…..this is a sneek peak at what the show is like….I did a segment for this and it should be aired in mid may……yes I’m scared of the outcome

    It was a pretty neat deal on how it all went!!

    I think I did alright.. few things kinda screwed me in a way…..they didn’t have a topo map for me and I used a print out from map quest..it was just a pic of the lake and they chose a section of the lake for me…they selection of the lake wasn’t the greatest.

    On my 2hrs of scouting I just ran to the north end of the section looking for grass and what not and it was just a shallow muddy mess..their was now grass at all and when you fish Lake fork you need to fish grass!! There was two graphs and one of them didn’t work so i couldn’t check the water temp just using the big motor..i had to unhook the graph and rehook it up front to the trolling motor to get water temps which took a big part of scouting!!

    When I got off the water i was pretty frustrated…we got a topo map from wally world which wasn’t the greatest in detail either.

    My day of fishing had dizzle and windy conditions which wasn’t great for trying to see bass on beds…I had a couple bays picked out but they didn’t have much grass so i just fished real fast…in the later part of the segment i made the decision to go check out this arm that had the se wind blowing warm water into it and then I caught me a fish…you guys will laugh because i was pretty keyed up when I caught it…kinda like not no bagging a tourney lol.

    I made a good decision and what not..i guess we’ll see what Denny thinks

    Pitbull I caught part of this new show today before heading out.It is an awsome format,good luck on your report card.

    I guess they have been scouting me for a few years and I finally found time for them

    I know some guys that work at the production company throug a hunting website and they asked me if I want tot do it

    Saw the show this weekend and it looks pretty cool.

    Good luck I am sure Denny won’t be to tough on you.

    I would bet this was a fun learning experience.

    PITBULL, I SAW THIS WEEKS PROGRAM AND THOUGHT IT WAS A FRESH NEW IDEA. I HOPE THAT IT TURNS OUT GOOD FOR YOU. WHAT SCORE DID YOU GIVE YOURSELF? THE ONLY BAD PART ABOUT THIS SHOW IS IT’S AIR TIME. SUNDAY AT 9:30AM. I THINK MOST OF US WILL BE ON THE WATER AT THAT TIME. ANY IDEA WHEN YOUR EPISODE WILL AIR? TBASS
