GOOD ONE DHNITRO! I’m sure that went over MOST peoples heads. To be honest, I’m not a Spiderwire fan though. 10 years ago when I first tried it, I wasn’t aware of the damage that could be caused by the “no stretch” properties so snapping 2 rods followed shortly after the respool to Spiderwire. Now I know the whole longer rod, lighter drag, lighter hook-set (impossible for me) corrections for braided line, but that creapy SPIDER logo has forced me to buy Power Pro!

I just don’t get the no stretch thing????? It must set a million hooks in things other than fish?? Ofcourse I’m still getting over using 60# braid for slop.

the zero stretch actually adds to the sensitivity of the line but again i feel i could blow out an elbow if i went to braid and set the hook in a stump

also the no stretch helps those not so great of hook setters to set the hook

i think stretch helps me when setting the hook i set it fast and hard maybe to hard when flipping if i go to a lower stretch line i seem to pop it alot ie big game, heavy cover, and one other one i couldnt stand
