Looking to have a custom built rod made for a teenager. I would guess he will toss spinnerbaits, pull some flukes & worms. Anybody suggest a good all around rod? I should add it will be a baitcaster. Looking for info on length and action.

Why custom? So many good rods out there with some form of Warranty. 7, 7.2 Med/ Fast. Med/Heavy fast Fenwick. Lots of good sticks. The Teens in the High School clubs are big into the really high end stuff. Ask your questions on FB Minnesota BassHeads.

Thanks for the feedback. It’s a reward type of thing. I promised a kid a custom rod.
