I see Bass Pro/Cabela’s has their lithium fillet knife on cyber Monday sale for $80. Not a bad price to get into a cordless electric fillet knife. Carry case and 3 different blades.

Anyone have one? Reviews? Is it worth the money?

Looked at those before purchasing a Rapala cordless knife. Based on reviews and word of mouth the Rapala has better quality control and the batteries are better. Didn’t filet enough fish this year to wear down a battery but did carve a turkey last Thursday. Beats the heck out of the old corded Hamilton Beach knife handed down by my Mom.

Had a cordless Rapala WWEEellll the thing I will say is mine the battery sucked which was not the worst of it, the knife would not run off of the charger so if I ran out of battery I had to wait for it to recharge. The newer ones I would think are better but I would check if the knife will run and do it`s job plugged in to the wall.

I can probably safely assume from the lack of responses, not many if these have been purchased or used. At that price I still picked one up, its worth the try. Likely pick up a second battery for longer run time.
