2 rods for sale, both built by myself.
One is a Bass Khang Walleye blank built to 36″ using Pac Bay fly guides and a 6 inch handle made from cork rings I reamed to fit the blank, glued up, and turned, approx 6″ handle. Pretty stout blank, good for heavier spoons or bigger jigging rap style baits etc. Relatively soft tip though that quickly transitions to a strong backbone. Used blue thread without color preserver to allow thread to become semi transparent and gold trim. The blue thread is close to matching the blank color when outside in daylight, similar to St. Croix Legend Tournament rods.
The other is a 32″ DH Al Dente blank. Used a handle from DH – 5 inch handle I believe. Pac Bay fly guides again. Standard noodle blank good for panfish but I’ve also used these for deadsticking walleyes and they work well for that too. Lime green thread with dark grey/gunmetal metallic trim.
Tough to get good pics indoors at night. Can try to get better pics if needed.
Asking 65 shipped for the Bass Khang Walleye rod and 75 shipped for the Al Dente. Neither have been used.
