Bass jig bullhead

    I was bass fishing with about a 3/4 jig. I had a good hit, set the hook, and reeled in about a 2 pound bullhead. If I was from Iowa I’d have been thrilled. Anyone else a bad enough fisherman to pull this off. I caught one on aDT-10 earlier in the year. I guess I’ve got the touch.

    You most likely without doubt caught a brown bullhead. I’ve caught several while bass fishing from plastic would
    Rms to spinnerbaits. I find they are quite different from their yellow and black cousins living more solitary lives and willing to hit lures.

    I caught a turtle with a blade the other day. Turtle wasn’t much bigger than the blade.

    I have a problem catching big walleye instead of big bass when fishing with football jigs.
