Baseball & Bass

It may be awhile until I live down last year’s “Poop & Hair” post – but hey, w’zup guys?!?

Trying to maximize the season here in FLA and get some largemouth fishing in – along with a Twins Spring Training game

Started out the day in the yak on the local puddle and caught 18-20 bass… including a couple far-goons.

Then went to the Twins Spring training game that features their top prospects against the TB Rays best rookies. If you follow the top 30 prospects like I do, it’s a blast sitting in the front row (no one is here) and see the studs of the future.

Take aways from today – the Hover Rig is the real deal… and so are Brooks Lee, and Walker “Captain America” Jenkins. Charlie Soto’s stats today weren’t great but he has an absolute hose for an arm. He and Jenkins are all of 18, 19 respectively.

Barring injury, I think there is some solid talent on the way up… and strolling is definitely here to stay in the land of green carp

Absolutely, been finding some interesting things down here – like a 64 passenger school bus on my Livescope today. It’s actually rescue training site for the local (Mahto)fire department lol…
