Balsam bass

    Hey does anybody know how the bass are biting on balsam right now? I have never fished it at this time of the year and i’m looking to head up there soon. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Bite has been tough. There is always fish to be caught but it has not been easy. If you work hard and cover lots of areas you will find some.
    Tournament 2 weeks ago. 20 boats. 7 limits caught. Lots of 2 fish and 3 fish bags. Some skunks.
    Balsam has been tough all year, but as in any tournaments, someone always figures out a pattern or a spot. Good luck if you come up.
