Bald eagle lake ice?

Hello everyone. Has anyone seen if there is any ice on bald eagle in white bear lake? I know its still quite early yet but just wondering.

I had a friend send me a picture of white bear iced over. I couldnt tell if it was locked up but i would assume by now it would be. shouldnt be too much longer.

white bear would be one of the last lakes I would go on in the metro. There are a lot of natural springs in that body of water. I remember one time last year I was drilling wholes consistently getting 10-12 inches and then had a 5 by 5 area that had maybe 4 inches of ice on it.

I went down to the launch today and saw a few portables out. I’ll probably get out there in a few days.
