Baked whitefish recipe needed

I’ve been getting a few large whitefish and I’m always hearing that they are ‘great table fare’. I’m smoking most of them but going to bake a fillet tonight, recipe will just be made as I go. Does anyone have a recipe for these ‘great table fare‘ fish ? !! Thanks!

We love just rubbing the filets down with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, then bake at 325 for 15 minutes.

Only way I’ve ever had them smoked.

Hey Gino, you hear anything about an ATV going through on pokegema?? Guess he’s fine.

I didn’t hear anything but I was out there today and there was a large co presence there at the landing when I was leaving, also a plane was flying very low all around the lake multiple times I could see his face he was so low!
