Does anyone on here have knowledge of vintage Bagley’s crankbaits? I have a pretty sizable lot of lures and many of them are Bagley’s but some are not marked other than on the bill.

    Thanks,
    Tom

I have a bunch of the original small Frey hand painted gills and crappies. Wish I had kept them in the original box. They have a small following that will pay a decent amount.

The second generation have more markings and lessor quality paint job. See some eBay guys over paying for those

Any idea what these two would be?

Shad looks like 2nd or 3rd gen. The original looks real and had a bit of iridescence to it.

My original gills have more green and generally more color to them. Pics never do it justice, so not sure. Later variations have Bagley on the belly.

Btw, I refer to the gen # as I’ve seen model changes. That’s not something official the Bagley or anyone else has given them. I think they were introduced to the market in the late 70’s.
