    Really not private then if you did not know he was going to be there. Sounds like land owner letting anyone hunt?

    Im sure they werE both hunting the property line. At least for his sake I hope so.

    That’s correct. Everyone was in their legal right. I just haven’t hunted sw mn for many years on opener and quickly found out for popular our section is.

    Oh well.
