Bad battery? Help?!?!

    I recently purchased a Minn Kota Ulterra. I installed it yesterday and had my batteries charging the minn Kota charger says the batteries are charged while the remote for the Ulterra says the batteries are half charged? Do I have a weak battery? One was replaced last year the other is quite a few years old. Do you think it’s time for a new battery?

    When you have a set of batteries you always want to pair them up as similar as possible. Like size, age, brand, etc. otherwise when that older battery eventually goes bad it will likely kill the second.

    With that said you may want to check the charger as well. They have been known to go bad.

    Your remote maybe 1/2 charged? Plug it in with the supplied 2 pin usb cable.

    Purchased a new battery and solved the problem
