My wife bought this for our chocolate lab, and I guess she gained some weight this winter cause it doesn’t fit “the dog that is”. It’s an Avery Sporting Dog boaters dog parka. It is a 19 inch neck and 31 inch chest. It’s brand new I payed $45 will sell for $35 if picked up, or an arranged meeting. I live in Rosemount, MN. I have used this vest in the past and by far worth the money. You can literally pick your dog up with the handle with ease.
