Seems like I have had a bit more time to get out on the lakes as of late and find a few fish. July was miserably hot here and August has found some more comfortable temps and not as windy on a daily basis. I am looking forward to a hot fall bite with some great size of fish showing up on some different bodies of water. Casting cranks (husky jerks) to weeds early in the day has been turning big fish while deeper weeds with shad type baits turning more eaters during daytime hours. Good luck to all getting out
