    Take out about 10 nice sized walleye fillets

    In a 9×13″ pirex pan put a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom until the pan is thoroughly covered. Put sliced onions, garlic powder a small amount of oregano and your walleye fillets. Then evenly cover with a small layer of mayonnaise and some more onions. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of that and then bake at 375 until walleye flakes apart.

    I got this recipe from our neighbor in Alaska and cant believe how easy and good it turns out.
