Does anybody have any experience with a 2002 Arctic Cat T660 snowmobile? I am currently looking at purchasing one. Any opinions would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Very heavy but a good comfortable trail sled that is pretty quick since it is turbocharged. I would recommond it. Put on a few hundred miles with one we tested threw artic cat back in the day.

    I own a 2002 660 touring.

They are great ice fishing/touring machines. Especially with the quiet, efficient (20-25mpg), electric start, reverse, etc.. The engines will outlast the body, IMO.

However, if you are looking for speed this model is not for you. They max out around 50-60 mph. The turbo T660 models were introduced in 2004 models (and turbo is optional), and the performance is greatly improved.

They do have a block heater for the the really cold weather, and you may need it. 4 strokes don’t like the cold as much as the 2 strokes.
