    Yep, to my knowledge Arctic Cat offered the olny rotary in 1973. They were very smooth running and had a lot of torque.

    I always wanted to run a Wankle engine. There was a pickup out there with one if I recall.

    Drove one once in something like a 197? Sabaru. That thing was the smoothest thing ever. It just wound and wound. Why did they not continue ??

    bad mileage and gaskets you have to replace in the engine block.

    Yep…and Subaru has the “Boxer” horizonal engine.
