Let me the first to welcome you. I too have an ’06 800 but not all of the goodies you have pretty much stock.

I think Tuckner might have a couple of new friends?

Welcome Somethingfishy I run a 2006 700 Sportsman. Only add-ons I have are a V-Plow (must have) and some Moose chains. Oh yeah, and the HuntC…. and the fishing box I built for the back rack, 2 sets of Kolpin Bow/Gun holders and a MadDog auger holder on the front rack. Again, welcome to IDO !!!

    Welcome aboard!

    Very nice setups!!!

You must be able to move mountains of snow with those tracks.

Hey SPD800, your dual exhaust…does the left side come in from behind the rear glove compartment? It comes off a single pipe and splits, correct?

I have a hunch my baffles or something in my muffler is bunk. It is much noisier than when it was new. The dual exhaust I am putting on is supposed to be quiet. I would imagine that bike is pretty quiet, huh?

Tuck, let me get back to you on that. When I get home I will take some pics, and maybe a video with volume.

Would I be able to post that(vid) here or to your email?

You would have to post the video up to YouTube to host it, and link to it from here. Otherwise you can email it to me…
    Pics are just fine.

Sweet rides. I didn’t realize Polaris is making their own tracks now. Are they Mattracks with the Polaris name, or their own design?

They are Polaris branded, I am not sure who mfg’s them but I do not believe they are Mattracks. They are similar to the Apache track system used by Can-Am. My Tracks are 2 seasons old and I believe they were the 2nd Gen Polaris tracks. They have a 3rd Gen out now with minor changes.

Welcome fishy. Glad you came over to check it out. I hope the others do as well.

Those tracks go just about anywhere in the snow as I have now seen them in action and fishy was nice enough to let me tool around on his 800 once. The steering seemed a little more difficult, but it seemed well worth it for what they could do. If I had the cash, I would gladly pick up a set.

Well I sold my Mossy Oak 08-800 and Replaced it with a 2009 XP 850 with EPS. Here are a few pictures of it, just need my hand/thumb warmers and some a-arm guards.

Somethingfishy What kind of rear storage box is that and where did you find it. It looks comfortable with that back rest. Thanks Newoodhntr
